Do you use KPIs or annual reports for medical device training? One of our newest members (Pat Taw) from Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to establish criteria and bench-marking for KPIs for Medical Device Training and reporting. Can we ask if anyone has annual reports they would like to share ( or Key Performance Indicators they use) to email Pat directly and feedback to your regional groups too as it would be good for Namdet to get a national perspective on how to share this information and take this forward.
