An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to join the Central Manchester University Hospitals Medical Engineering and Maintenance Team (MEAM), providing medical device training, management and safety support throughout the Trust’s Hospital and Community sites.
Based within the MEAM department on the MRI site you will report to and directly work with the Directorate Manager, MEAM and Medical Device Management Lead, supporting and driving forward the Medical Device Training and safety initiatives and strategies. This is an exciting and dynamic role for the right person with a strong clinical background and extensive experience of using medical devices in acute hospital settings, to be able to learn and develop whilst they drive forward a well-established medical device training policy and medical device incident reporting and safety culture.
