General Data Protection Regulations: GDPR (UK)
In May 2018 the GDPR (regulations) come into force and NAMDET is working with all parties to ensure we have secure and effective security in place for members and subscribers. In 2018 NAMDET’s website moved to a new ‘https’ safer protocol server and we only store members contact details (i.e. name and email addresses) that are essential for us to keep you informed of news and important updates to projects and work streams.
Any member can unsubscribe from our ‘newsletter’ service and chose at any time to be removed from the members list. We will only share your details with our MDET journal company to ensure you remain up to date with our news and conference details, and any third party commissioned links (i.e. MDET, PayPal) are also working towards GDPR too).
