NAMDET’s colleagues at NHS England and NHS Improvement Patient Safety Team have shared their latest Patient Safety Update for May 2020. This second Covid-19 Patient Safety Update has been sent from the National Director of Patient Safety, Aidan Fowler to Region Medical and Nurse Directors to circulate to providers and commissioners.
