CME / BD Ltd. have issued a new Field Safety Notice (FSN) to all users of the T34 syringe driver advising on the use of a ‘Duracell PLUS‘ 9 volt 6LR61 type battery. The FSN also asks everyone to review their current batteries (as others may be used) and review and monitor their use going forward. In addition, the version 3 (T34) should NOT be issued until further battery tests have been concluded.
