At Barts Health NHS Trust we are experiencing an ongoing problem with these going missing. It is believed that some of these devices are lost within the community when they are given to discharged patients and others are misplaced within the Trust. We also have added labels with contact details for their return.
Do any other Trusts have any advice in managing these more effectively?
